Weather and Safety
The safety of our guests, crew, and vessel is always our highest priority.
If the captain determines that weather, sea conditions, or other safety-related factors make the voyage unsafe, Norwegian Fjords reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the itinerary.
In such cases:
If the trip is cancelled before departure, a 100% refund will be provided.
If the trip has already commenced, guests will only be charged for services already delivered, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
If a voyage must be terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, unsafe actions, illegal activities, or refusal to follow safety instructions, no refund will be provided.
Technical Issues
Although our vessel is maintained to the highest standards, unforeseen technical issues may occasionally occur.
If technical problems make it impossible or unsafe to commence or continue a voyage, Norwegian Fjords may cancel or shorten the trip. In such circumstances, guests will receive a refund for any unused portion of the charter.
Accessibility
For safety reasons, guests must be able to safely embark and disembark the vessel and move around the vessel, including the use of stairs.
Guests with special accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can assess whether the experience is suitable.
Private Quays and Piers
When a charter includes arrival at or departure from a private quay or pier, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the facility is suitable and safe for the vessel.
Should the captain determine that a quay or pier cannot be used safely, an alternative nearby location may be selected.
Liability
Norwegian Fjords shall not be liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural events, governmental restrictions, strikes, port closures, or other force majeure events.
Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and cancellation insurance if desired.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to services provided by Norwegian Fjords shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

We will always do our best to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that your experience with us is safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
